              I used the program for more than four years without problems
              The problem is in Release 11
              The solution would be to correct the error in this version

                    Please try to rename the ASCService.exe with a name as you like first. (Right-click the shortcut of ASC and choose Open file location to find ASCService.exe.)

                    For example: ASCService.bak

                    Then reboot your computer to see how it works.

                          "Disk Scan" is omitted in version 11.00. It was in the Clean and optimize 10.5 version. That was very useful . Why is Iobit going backwards?

                            Hi whoofer1,

                            We have removed Disk Scan and added Security Reinforce to strengthen system security.

                            You could use the Disk Doctor in Toolbox to analyze your disks and file system.
