Bluescreen of death win 10

So i had a problem with my advanced system care dating back to early december and i tried my limited toolbox allready.

The problem is that the computer bluescreens whenever i try to use/open advanced systemcare pro, a program i had for years and used without problem. I get both bsd errors of unexpected_store_exception and critical_proccess_died (it tends to change depending if you did an uppdate recently or not) i have tried multiple reinstalls, uppdates to windows etc, i was hoping when the problem started it would go away with an uppdate.

I also run asc on my laptop with win 10 and it runs without issues.

any ideas ?

Hi Niclas,

Please check whether there is Minidump file under C:\windows\Minidump. If so, please zip it and send the zipped file to us so that our specialists can look into the issue.

Thank you very much.

I cannot find a minidump (nor does the % increase during a bsod caused by trying to use asc) any option i can turn on to make it produce one ?

Hi Niclas,

It is the same in Windows 10.

Right click menu of This PC -> click Properties -> System window -> click Advanced system settings -> System Properties window -> Startup and Recovery -> click Settings... -> Startup and Recovery window -> System failure -> Write debugging information -> choose Small memory dump (256 KB) in the dropdown menu -> Small dump directory: -> ( %SystamRoot%\Minidump ) will be shown in the box. -> click OK button->click OK button.

That's it.

Cheers.
