Font size too small on screen resolution 3840x2160

Advanced systemcare 9.3 and Malware fighter 4.2 pro, suffer from incredibly small fonts in all screens, 4pt or smaller. Uninstaller 5.3 is fine. Dont really want to renew my subscriptions until font size is usable, as they are really too difficult to use. Is there a quick fix, or are you working on support for high screen resolution screen users?

 

I dont want to use Windows magnify or keep swapping screen resolutions. I have font magnifcation set at 350%, if set to defualt, Iobit text is nearly invisable. My eye sight is fine, I have to pass strict industry vision tests for my work.

For ASC 9.3, please follow the solution below to see if it works.

1. Download the demo from https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/79796917/ASCFixTool_DPINew.zip and extract it.

2. Double click ASCFixTool to run it, click Fix Error to fix the problem automatically.

3. After the problem is fixed, please check if ASC displays correctly.

Whether the bug is solved or not, please find the file ASC.log in the installation folder of ASC and send it to us for our investigation on the issue.

To open the installation folder, right click on the desktop icon of the program and choose Open file lication.

 

For IObit Malware Fighter, we'll improve the support for high DPI in the future versions.

I'm having a very similar problem all of a sudden with my iobit apps, including ASC, and my laptop runs at 3840x2160(native) resolution.  I tried following the link provided to the user above, but the link ofc no longer works.  Please provide a fix I can use - we have several pc's that use iobit apps I will likely need to 'patch'.... Thank you!

You have posted in a very old Topic, so you may wait a long time for Iobit to respond.

I am sorry for that.

Please choose Larger Font in the Options window of ASC to check again.

If the font is still small, please take a screenshot of the whole window of your computer, and send the screenshot to us.

And download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us for further checking.

Just recently over last few days, I've encountered the same problem as previously reported (per above) when using latest downloaded version of Advanced SystemCare of "font is still small".  This occurs even when I go into ASC Settings for font size and changed it to large!

Is there a solution?

Have you tried any of the suggestions in the previous posts?
