nhancer affected?

The Program I used for adjusting my graphics in games was called nhancer, and it has stoped working for some time now. I am not finding any reason for it in the internet searches.

 

could ASC of turned off its access during a vulnerabilty fix?

 

it uses .net 3.5 or later to run.

 

It allows some of the older games graphics to work, when they normally would not with the newer nvidia cards.

 

system = windows 7 64 bit

Have you tried to uninstal and reinstal nhancer again, also if you know when its stopped then used ASC restore center to restore registry.
