Hi jean-pierre

In ASC4 choose the Toolbox - find IObit Uninstaller.

If you are uninstalling a program from scratch choose advanced mode to make the program uninstall and then clean up the registry entries and the program folders (A clean uninstall)

If you have already uninstalled the program by an other method you can use the Forced uninstall method to do an advanced uninstall of the program/folder - you just have to enter the path to the folder in the allotted space. (or browse your way to it)

But isn't it adequately explained when you open the IObit Uninstaller?
