disappointed

i have been a customer of advance system care free for a few years. i have noticed that the older versions helped alot more than newer versions. for example internet improvements and performance. on older versions there was no charge to fix it. but now just about every important issue you might have wont be fixed unless i pay for it. disk cleaner was free at one point in past now you pay. this is very disappointing. so recently i was actually debating on buying asc pro. i never have paid before always free version. but i read about all the problems people are having and i am having doubts. i am not comp wiz and my typing isnt the greatest because im a plumber not comp wiz. but if anyway out there has some feed back about this it would sure help. thanks
