ASC 6 setup.exe question

This is probably a stupid question, but...

 

ASC-setup.exe 6.07.7.160 has been sitting on my Desktop since November 2012.

 

Is it safe to delete it without creating a problem for the FREE v. 6.4 now operating on this computer?

Yes it is quite safe to remove it. Is the installation execution file and is only used when you first install that version of the program. It is handy to have if you ever wanted to go back and reload that previous version of ASC. I have all the ASC .exe files back to ASC 4 stored in a folder. I sometimes run them on an old pc to compare with the newer versions and guage improvements.
