False positives + path not easy to see in window

Hi, I was looking for somewhere to report false positives, but must have missed it..

 

So, 1/3 thru a scan of my C:\, Win 7 Ultimate Eng 32 bit.

 

So far it's flagged

- two data files for MS's MBSA analyser

- Bulletspassview (a password recovery tool)

 

These aren't flagged by Zonealarm (what I've been using recently) or Avast before that.

 

(I've just recently installed ASC, but the updates never work- separate thread- so have used an offline update to Dec '12).

 

I've also noted that it's very hard to see/copy the full path for items with longer paths in the report window during the scan. Mouseover shows it, but that's not copiable. The window is not resizable.

 

(Yes, I know you can open the folder via rt click..)

With regard to your update not working, I recommend that you report your issue directly to Iobit. You can send it to support@iobit.com. Mark it for attention of Cicely, and you can reference your forum posts in the email.
