Reinstalled windows...

I recently reinstalled windows to fix issues on my computer... all is well, except that I can't get the Pro version of Advanced Care... I would have been able to normally, but I no longer have the same Email address as my provider has changed... My Email used to be

You should not post your email address on any forums, it allows harvesting bots to grab it and then spam you.

I hope I am giving you enough information to help me retrieve my registery code for the product I use it all the time its great thanks.
