Have you tried the rescue Center?

Which cleaning did you perform?

What settings do you have?

Did you also use the Toolbox - if so which application?

Could you send some screenshots please :-)

Morning Guys,I have got abit lost with Advanced systemCare V6, I now have Grey borders,can anybody tell me have I can get them back to Black.
