ASC7 is frozen.

ASC7 has been working until this morning. The Performance Monitor is stuck on CPU 47% and does not budge.

Cannot access toolbox or anything. Have restarted several times.

I believe this is causing other problems.

How can I disable ASC temporarily to see if it is a cause?

controlpanel>admintools>services>(select ASC)>properties>disabled.

that should turn it of reboot and see what happens.

 

on another note update to sp3, even though MS support ends soon.

I remember you gave me some help with my ASC6 problems and now ASC7 is screwing up. ASC is great when it is not malfunctioning.

I solved the problem.

I got rid of ASC Ultimate and installed WinPatrol.

 

Plus Avast antivirus and Private Firewall Free.
