ASC 7 Free version can no longer be a saved download?

What happened to the old download that used to be saved (ASC 7 Setup)? I used to be able to save this download in my computer so I can install it in all my computers. Now, there is an installer program that can only be saved, but to download the rest of this hidden download will use a lot of my limited mobile internet data usage resources.

 

Is there another way to save ASC 7.3 and then install it in all my computers like I did it before? Or, is it not allowed anymore?

It appears that this installer occurs only when you go to the Iobit site. If you download ASC7 from the link in this forum post you will get the ASC exe file as you used to.
