ASC Files Concern

Here are the ASC files I found as below:

 

C:\Users\[username]

• NTUSER.DAT
  
• NTUSER.DAT.iobit
  
• NTUSER.DAT.iodefrag.bak
  
• SDActivate.lng
  

 

C:\

• asc_rdflag
  

 

Are those files useful? If not, can I delete them?

NTUSER.DAT is not an ASC (IObit) file and a very important WINDOWS SYSTEM FILE. DO NOT DELETE IT.

 

Other .DAT files are created by IObit and could be used to revert back to original .DAT file. Do not delete them unless you know exactly what you are doing.

Yes. If you do not want to do anything to registry, please do not select Registry Fix or Registry Defrag under the Care module in ASC.

Can you just highlight which files can be deleted?

 

Basically, you can delete NTUSER.DAT.iobit. But that is a backup. Just in case you may run into issues. My suggestion is to do not delete anything at this point.
