Premium Support?

Premium Support is non-existent as best I can tell. Tying to ask a question concening my long-standing account is impossible. Sending emails does nothing but get return emails telling me to 'contact customer support' which is what I did to begin with! I've been paying for years to use the Pro version which is supposed to come with Premium Support, but I'm not getting what I'm paying for. Calling that 855 number is a waste of time and frustrating. Can't understand the speaker and he was more interested in selling me more things. Not happy with ASC.

Each year previous my auto-renewal fee was $9.99 and for more than 1 pc. This renewal was $19.99 and for but 1 pc.

Not happy at all.
