Problems Win Fix won't solve

1. Windows 10 boots with Critical Error " Start Menu and Cortana are not working"...

Care Scan and related Win Fix procedures do not affect it. Restore point gives only temporary relief. In this condition, the start menu and task bar are dead and apps respond slowly at best. Nothing works.

 

2. Task bar auto hide fails. Resetting it to auto hide fails immediately after it is selected and applied. Nothing in ASC 9 affects this problem.

 

3. It would be helpful to have a direct access to windows restore and safe mode through ASC 9!

For the situation you met, please download demo from https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/66599949/Demo/win10_StartMenuRepair.bat, then run the demo with Administrator right, after the process is finished, please reboot your computer to see how it works.
