Hi David Dundas,

Please take a screenshot about the notice and send the screenshot to us for further checking. Guide for taking screenshots: http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

And download the tool from: http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send IObit_Debug_Info.zip to us.

Thanks.

Hello, it's the same here but it would be better if the names of the removed cookies were provided by Malware fighter. Moreover the quarantine list shows nothing, and there doesn't seem to be anything more in the logs.

[This thread seems to be for Malware Fighter]

Thanks

Hi dev3,

Please note that only when you scan out harmful cookies and quarantine them, and tick the option "Quarantine threats when removing them" in settings, the cookies can be displayed in the quarantine list. And as long as you use IMF to remove harmful cookies, the names of these cookies will be recorded in the logs.

Have a great time.:-)

Hi Cicely,

Its difficult to make a screenshot of the message because it only stays there for a few seconds when I am working on something else. For this reason its also difficult to run the "Save report to desktop"

I have checked the Malware Fighter settings and the "Scan settings" box "Quaranteen threats when removing them" is ticked but there is nothing in the Quaranteen list.
