ASC v9 Performance Monitor screenshot bug

During gameplay in Guild Wars 2 The Screenshot will randomly open while in fight and I have to exit it while my game is minimised! This is incredibly frustrating as I'm not even using the hotkey to open it and changed it to 'none.' I have tried turning off the Performance Monitor and playing the game windowed but this still happens! I would this fixed or my only other option is to uninstall ASC! Thanks, Cath.

Please right click on Performance Monitor window to choose Exit to exit it completely to check whether the issue is solved or not.

And please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
