  • Bluetooth stops working

    After updating the Bluetooth drivers with Driver Booster (Trail version(at that time), now Free), my Bluetooth stops working. Even though it is showing ok in the computer settings, my computer couldn't connect with the other devices and vice versa. It has become useless.
    could you pls find the solution to this problem?

    Most bluetooth issues of late have been associated with bugs in Windows 10....there are many articles on the web regarding this.
    I would suggest that you Roll back your Bluetooth drivers to the old version you had before the issue.
    You can do that in Driver Booster.
    Or you can do a system restore to a time before the issue happened.

      I rolled back the required Bluetooth driver but the problem still exists

        If you rolled back the Bluetooth driver to the driver that used to work, then logic would say that the driver is not the issue.
        Did you update any other drivers at the same time as you updated the bluetooth driver. If so then I suggest that you also roll them back, as that could be causing the issue.
        There has been many issues regarding bluetooth and Win 10 over the past year, and I suggest that you Google..."Bluetooth Issues on Windows 10".....I think you will see many issues and solutions.

          Make sure Bluetooth is turned on

          If you're using a laptop with a physical Bluetooth switch on the body, make sure it’s switched on.

          In Windows 10, there are two ways to check if Bluetooth is turned on. Here’s how:
          • Check in the taskbar. Select action center ( or ). If you don’t see Bluetooth, select Expand to reveal Bluetooth, then select Bluetooth to turn it on. You’ll see “Not connected” if your Windows 10 device isn’t paired to any Bluetooth accessories.
          • Check in Settings. Select Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices . Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

          Check your Bluetooth device

          Make sure your device is turned on, is charged or has fresh batteries, and is in range of the PC you want to connect to. Then, try the following:
          • Turn off your Bluetooth device, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
          • Make sure your Bluetooth device is in range. If your Bluetooth device is unresponsive or sluggish keyslog, check to make sure it’s not too close to any other USB device that’s plugged into a USB 3.0 port. Shielded USB devices can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth connections.
