I have bought the DriverBooster 8.1 Pro

When I checked Windows Defender I noticed that it detected a trojan.

Affected element:

 

C:\ProgramData\IObit\Driver Booster\Downloader\db7\ASCSetup.exe

 

The software was downloaded from the official site.

 

In the attachment the message unfortunately in German.

Iobit uses various third party sellers....in your case it is http://www.netzwelt.de.....and some third parties add their own marketing/ads to the download.
