Why I Will Not Download and Install Driver Booster V3.0.3

It appears that IObit is using CNET exclusively to download v3.0.3 As you can see from the two attached pictures the download link on CNET has been blocked. This is probably due to CNET using their own installer to download and install DB v3.0.3. I stopped using CNET years ago for my app downloads for that and other reasons.

My guess is that it was blocked because cnet likes to bundle spyware, adware, and other potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) in with their downloads!
