Analses What?

Just what does GB analyze upon launch? It never adds my new games. It seems to only add games when I either play them (sometimes) or manually add them.

 

Anyway, since it is NOT adding new games, why am I waiting so long for this analysis at application launch? Is there a way to disable this?

It is also analysing the computer for what processes and services are running and also checking the configuration of the PC.
