.Net Framework 4.0 is not installed.

Lately I tried downloading the Razer Game Booster and apparently it had some problems. It needed that .Net Framework 4.0 thing but it failed to download.

I downloaded the program from the link given to me.

After downloading and running the DotNet thingy, this appeared.

Can anyone assist me in my problem? I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section because I'm new here. I hope I can get a reasonable answer here. Thank you

It seems that the downloaded DotNet thingy file is corrupted (unfinished, 68 KB missing.), so after restarting your PC, uninstall it (.NET Framework Cleanup Tool), re-download it (dotNetFx40_Full_setup.exe), and re-install it.
