    Windows 7 has lower fps than windows vista

    Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but ever since i had windows 7 it had worst fps than windows vista can someone help me out here?

    Windows 7 home premium 7601 32-bit
    Pentium(R) Dual core CPU
    2048 MB RAM
    Mobile Intel 4 series express chipset family

    I know not very state of the art :D

    btw game booster seems to be slowing down my performance anyone knows why?
