Game Booster freezes

Game Booster freezes every time I press Boost and Launch. So I have to press Ctrl, Alt, Del to get it off and than reopen it so that it will launch the game. I've already tried to re-install and that didn't work. Can anyone help me?

The 3.5 beta-test version is still under development. Had you run a previous non-beta version and not had this problem? Either way Cicely will need to be involved here.

We need more information to look into this issue.

 

1. Which game you want to boost and launch by GB 3.5 Beta?

 

2. Please make some screenshots of GB 3.5 Beta Configure screen, and then send them to us for further check.

 

Here are the instructions:

1. Click Configure button at the bottom left of GameBox screen of GB3.

2. Click Maximize icon on the top right of the screen. Here is a screenshot for your reference.

3. Click "Processes" to show the whole list under it and then make a screenshot of the list.

4. Use the same way to make screenshots of "Unnecessary Services" screen, "Non-Windows Services" screen and "Others" screen separately.

Which game you want to boost and launch by GB 3.5 Beta?

It freezes every time I try to boost or launch anything. Examples: World OF Warcraft, League of Legends, Smite, etc.

For some reason I cant get it to the right size so I can post it. The max size that I could use to post on here is like 620x280 but for some reason I cant get it to go to that size.
