screen minimizing play LoL

I run gamebooster 3.5 playing League of Legends and it helps my system nicely on windows7, mostly i need it because my vid card is weak sauce.

the only thing is my screen minimzies often and sumtimes when i alt-tab back to game it errors out and i have to log off my windows username to get back on. i have everything checked in config to get the most out of gamebooster...

should i maybe leave sum windows programs running?
