Razer screencast problem

Ok so i just got the razer game booster and i was gonna test out the screencast but it doesnt want to work, i tried multiple times to get it to work. any idea why it wont run?

Would you please let us know more details about the issue that screencast doesn't want to work so that we can check it clearly? Such as, you can not open that feature or you can not videotape.

 

If possible, a screenshot is highly appreciated.
