  • New CPU/Motherboard=Invalid license?

Are you serious? I just upgraded/renewed a few months ago. I didn't even reinstall Windows!

    Hi Zwitterion,

Yes, it is the same since the first paid version was released. Licence code interpretes change of CPU/motherboard and disk as a new PC and invalidates itself for the new combination.

You can find posts about the subject in the forum by searching.

IObit is generous on this subject and normally will convert the license for your new configuration.

Please send an e-mail to support@iobit.com to the attention of Cicely or send a PM (Private Message) to Cicely explaining your situation in detail.

    Cheers.
