This cleaner does not remove everything (yes i know options) :

in C\Windows\Temp it stil have alot of leftovers

and it doesn't to a thing in C:\Users\%%%%\AppData ?!

Advanced Systemcare 8 pro (JUnk Files Clean)...also after cleaning Registry it always screw up my LAN Driver....icon in bar have a warning sign while i have internet...after disable/enable driver it works again...also i was wondering with System Optimization why there is isnt a option for editing (video-edit/photoshopt etc.)...
