What products do I have Live and Expired

I have my Licence Code for Advanced System Repair Pro, and email address used for all registrations, But I cannot find any other products for which I am registered or expired. How can I find what other products I have registered for (current and expired) so that I can review my renewal possibilities. I have to resort to posting here because it seems impossible thru normal support channels to ask for such a simple task.
