Deactivate and Transfer License to Same Laptop but with New HD installed

Hello All,

I purchased four of your products approximately 6 months ago and proceeded to install each application on three allotted machines as allowed by the licenses (viz. a Desktop and two Laptops). However, given the previously limited space of my HD and SSD on my primary laptop (as well as due to various Windows errors necessitating a reset), I bought and installed the hardware, did a reset on the OS and proceeded to reinstall the IOBit products.

However, I keep getting a message now above having used the maximum number of licenses and was wondering if someone could help or instruct me on how to either deactivate or transfer all my previous licenses so I can continue using your products (except for Advanced SystemCare for which I still had one activation left).

According to another forum, the capability to do this without the help of support wasn't available as an option ("if they find that in that instance it would be fair to transfer the license to a new machine, they will usually do that."),** so I was wondering if someone could either PM or email me in order to provide instructions or to let me know to whom I should send a request in order to resolve the issue.
