Driver Manager Issue?

Hello, Firstly I apologize if this thread is posted in the wrong category.

Driver Manager is in the Toolbox so I assume it goes here.

 

My issue is I cannot click Restore on the program UI.

 

I have attached a screenshot.

 

I backed up all my Windows 7 drivers using Driver Manager.

 

Any known reasons why I can't click Restore? It's blanked out?

 

If I need to provide additional information. Do tell me what.

OK, this is the correct place, thanks for your apprehensiveness. :-)

 

Can you please check the location seen in your screenshot that if the files are there?

 

Is there any lock/permission-restriction concerning the location of the backup folder/files?

 

Did you try the default location of the backups in W7? ei. @ C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V5\Driver Manager\DriverBackup

 

Windows 8 Release Preview may behave different though.
