It is showing unlocked, but when I try to delete the folder, I get the following error under MyPC12

Cannot delete DO_NOT_DELETE.globalCatalog:Access denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currenlty in use.

 

Under the folder it self I get unlock failed.

 

This was the same issue I had when I first tried this product.

Hi clapka

Do you have OneCare running automatically in the background?

If so close the program first.

Have you replaced OneCare with another program?

Is it still shown as running automatically in your services?

(services.msc) in Run

What are your folder options in the control panel regarding protected system files?

control.exe folders in Run (notice space between exe and folders) under the tab view
