Start menu 8 expired?

I bought a liscense for start menu 8 some time ago. Well today It inactivated and will not accept my liscense code (which apparently dosent expire until 2116)

 

I have attempted to contact customer support to no avail

 

Any suggestions?

It doesn't expire for 99 more years!? That must be a program error.

Well after a few days Iobit got back to me and reactivated my license for me, so problem solved!
