Hi Cicely,

Google Play Store now recognizes the Concord C-701 Android Tablet and installs AMC v3.1.

The updated Language file has solved the App.Manager crash problem.

Certainly, the added Recommanded Apps is not translated in all languages.

I would like to suggest that after scanning, when you go to the found items and after turnig back to Repair, the Scan is reset. So you have to Scan again. It should have stayed ready for Repair.

The other think is the need of a Startup Manager for the Android to stop the unwanted (battery draining or any) apps from running automatically when the device starts.

Cheers.

Hi enoskype,

Thank you for the update.

Regarding the scan result issue, have you unchecked any items? We have tested that the result would not be reset after turning back from the found items page. If you unchecked some items in the found items page such as Junk Files, then the scan result of Junk Files will be reset.

Please help us scan again to see if the problem reappears.

We have forwarded your suggestion of Startup Manager to our Specialists.

Thank you!

Hi Cicely,

After Scan, when you click on the arrow to go to see which items are selected for Virus, Tasks, Cache, and Junk Files, regardless of unchecking any checkbox, when you turn back from found items pages, the Scan is reset. So you have to Scan again to Repair.

  • Still, can not find the lost phone when tested on 2 Samsung mobiles I have mentioned before. It says there is an error finding the phone.

  • Three other things:

1) There is no string for No apps can be moved to SD Card. when you go to Move apps in App Manager in English, so except Chinese, it s not translated in other languages. Chinese language file seems to have the string, as it is translated in Chinese Language.(没有应用可移动到SD卡.)

2) There is no string for Recommended APPs in any language file, so not translated into any other language, Chinese included.

3) One of the highest Battery Usage items' name seems to be wrong as it is defined as Cell (power_cell) in English and 电池 (Battery) in Chinese.

Infact, the icon used is for cell signal http://forums.iobit.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=11538&stc=1&thumb=1&d=1366198011 http://androiddrawableexplorer.appspot.com/androiddrawableexplorer/clear.cache.gifhttp://androiddrawableexplorer.appspot.com/androiddrawableexplorer/clear.cache.gif ie. cellular.

Is Battery using Battery? NO, so, it can be Cell Stanby as seen in the image.

I will be waiting for a Startup Manager! Thank you.:-D

Cheers.

Hello enoskype,

First, please let us know after checking which item the scan result was reset? And if the result of all items were reset? Do you mean that the scan result was reset to zero? Could you please take screen captures to show us the issue?

Second, the "No apps can be moved to SD Card." and "Recommended APPs" are new added content in v3.1 which are not sent to translators yet. In order to avoid troubles, we only sent the language files to our translators when there is much or important update.

Hi Cicely,

As I have written before, after checking any of the found items of Virus, Tasks, Cache, and Junk Files, when you return back to Repair without touching any checkbox, the screen is reset for Scan, ie., the found items are disappeared all together with Repair button, instead, an empty screen with Scan button is back.

I had to Scan again to show you the found items each time I have turned back from any found item as you can see in the screenshots.

For the languages, I just wanted to point out the discrepancy in English and Chinese languages. :-)

Although you have not made a comment for Cell, I have attached an image showing the Battery Usage for Cell. It will be very confusing if you take Cell as Battery or power_cell.

I think it is (Cell Standby) the power used by the device when the user is IDLE, the device is not idle though.:lol:

Battery is using 83% of battery? Well....I doubt it.

Cheers.

Scan-Rescan-Repair problem is solved.

Hi Cicely,

After your advice to uncheck the checkbox of "Don't keep activities" @

Setting->Developer options->Don't keep activities

the Scan-Rescan-Repair problem is solved.

The image for the location of the concerned settings is attached.

Thank you very much! http://forums.iobit.com/images/icons/icon14.gif

Cheers.

Help !!!!!!

I recently downloaded Advanced Systemcare for my laptop and was so impressed with it, I also downloaded Advanced Mobile Care for my new tablet.

It is a Sumvision Voyager 8" tablet running Android ver 4.1.1

Downloaded fine from play store and was familiarising myself with what was on offer but before i could fully check it out i have somehow managed to kill my tablet, or so it would seem.

All it would display is the battery.

A reset has not improved matters at all.

All i get is the initial Sumvision screen then android appears and thats as far as it goes.

It should then go on to the proper startup screen.

What have i done wrong ???

Hi Patm,

To help us look into this issue, please kindly let us know more detailed information:

1) Did you run Advanced Mobile Care after you have installed it from play store?

2) What do you mean by saying "fully check it out"?

3) When you say "A reset", do you mean that you have restarted tablet or done anything else?

Thank you in advance.
