    Advance Mobile Care Anti-Theft is not finding my location when I check it on the website.

    Hi, not sure about this but for that to work, I think you need to be connected to the internet.

      I am having the same issue. I am successfully logged into my account on AMC on my phone, and Anti-Theft shows "Enabled." However, when I go to mobile.iobit.com and log in, if I click either "Locate" or "Alarm" I get the following message. Operation failed! This may due to Anti-Theft is not enabled on your device or the Internet connection of the device is not available.

      However, Anti-Theft is definitely enabled according to AMC on my device and I am definitely connected to the internet. Click image for larger version
