having problem with restoring my contacts

Hi sir

long time ago i rigestered on AMC security and backed up all of my contacts ... yesterday i reseted my phone and when i wanted to restore my contacted from cloud back up i couldnt log in cuz its keep saying wrong password and when i clicked on forgot password and entered my email it says the email is not valid

Why its happening ? is it any chance for me to restore my contacts ?
