Hi, have you made sure that you're connected to the internet when trying this out? It would also be a good idea to disable any firewall just for testing purposes if it's blocking your connection.

I find that you are not using the latest IMF 3 which was just released.

 

Please click here to download IMF 3, update to the latest database version 1411, and then run a full scan to see how it works.
