IObit Malware Fighter just recently started reporting the above named file as PUP.ProductManualsFinder.

As we did not get your reply, we find the file you mentioned manually and did a deep analysis. Yes, it is a false positive and it will be removed in database 1655. Please update your database to the latest database.
