  • IMF constantle asking for IMF Analyzer permission

    I have several executions of IMFAnalyzer.exe which are successfull but require to be allowed.
    However my account security is set to minimum
    The log shows it is executed abouth every 15 MIN and require effective permission each time
    It also shows cloud analyzing where I have nothing to really protect only pictures.
    This is more than annoying and installing from scratch does not help.

    Also Updating anti ransonware or bit defender fails: Network error download failed try again later.
    Of course there is no real network error.

    Giving the status execute has admin for IMFAnalyzer.exe IMFTips.exe change nothintg keep asking permission
    Who has the solution

    Halo to all,
    I installed from scratch again this time suppressing everything related to my account.
    And after reinserting my license n° it worked..

      For the license issue, please get re-install help from https://www.iobit.com/en/reinstallproduct.php or get online help from https://www.iobit.com/en/onlinefeedback.php (Sorry I cannot check your license details with your current information)

      Please describe the issue " The log shows it is executed abouth every 15 MIN and require effective permission each time" more clearly with related screenshots so that we can check it.

      For the network error, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.
      Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.
      After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.
      Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

        Has i mentionned before my problem is resolved this include this false network error (every other internet function worked at that time).
        The résolution was installing again but suppressing all my previous account data for this product.
        The install asked for my license N° and is was OK.
