Hi luckyvic,

Sorry. We are still working hard on the issue.

Please provide the following information so that we can further look into it.

◆ Double click the short cut of IMF again and see whether the window opens or not;

◆ Supply us with a list of all your programs(names & versions);

◆ Tell us your operating system.

Thanks in advance.

I hope not All those security programs are running at the Same time. :shock: :wink:

If so, there's no wonder your poor computer is getting Confused !

The maximum you should load is 2 (plus the firewall), and some people say that 2 is Too many.

Superantispyware Free Edtion 5.0.0.1144 & Malwarebytes Free 1.60.1.1000 are only on-demand, I shutdown IMF when I do use either one of them.

Avast! & Windows & Firewall are always running.

Please check whether you select Hide icon and notifications for IObit Malware Fighter.

If so, please click Show hidden icons in the taskbar >> click Customize, then select Show icon and notifications for IObit Malware Fighter. Please see the attachment.

Is good from what I see luckyvic. You may want to run eset online scanner once a month or so after cleaning the junk out first.
