My computer freezes every time when IObit sends me the daily upgrade message

Since the installation of the last free version of IObit, every time that I receive the daily message to download the update, my computer freezes (my tasks are interrupted and the mouse and keyboard do not responds) and I am forced to boot it.

I think that perhaps it is another thing, but finnally I noticed the coincidence and that do not happened in any other moment.

Since your installation of the last free version of IObit was probably "over the top" of the old version...

 

Try a clean installation of the iobit product. The advisement is here.
