Skype Issue

Can someone tell me why I can't add contacts in Skype unless I disable both my firewall and my Advance SystemCare with Antivirus even when it has been added as an exception?

What is your firewall? It would be most helpful if you would complete your system details in your member profile by visiting your User CP.
