Does this free version of Software Updater only checks for major updates like from 4.8 to 4.9 ?

It does not see these builds (1903) ?

.Net framework 4.8 is already the newest version. The update in your screenshot is a system update. For now, IObit Software Updater doesn't provide system update.

This doesn't even detect the update for a software from iobit.
