  • Install of Uninstaller v860 hangs at 99%

    Trying to install Uninstaller v 8.6.0 on a Windows 10 (1803) x64 platform without any antivirus program running.
    Task manager shows two programs running: IObit Uninstaller (32 bit) & Setup/Uninstall (32 bit).
    In addition, there is a background process: UninstallerMonitor (32 bit).
    How do I fix this?

    Please re-run the setup file and run the tool http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe immediately when the installation hangs again.

    Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe to run it, click the button 'Save the report to Desktop'
    Wait for a while until you see a file IU__logs_xxxxxxxx.log generated on your desktop.(xxxxxxxx should be the actual date when this file is generated.)
    Send that file iu_logs_xxxxxxxx.log to us.
