No puedo instalar Iobit

Hola. Quisiera saber como solucionar la instalación de dicha aplicación. Tengo el problema que de vez en cuando cunado la quiero instalar no puedo.

Probé varias cosas. Desde limpiadores, desinstaladores y hasta restaurar el sistema y nada. Siempre utilicé la versión free. A mi juicio es el mejor.

Hay alguna herramienta para borrar algún indicio o residuo del programa ?.
