Deleting Macrium Reflect UI Watcher leftovers?

I recently stopped using Macrium Reflect Reflect Backup and uninstalled it with IOBIT. Ever since I am bombarded with notifications in my win 10 action toolbar. I am getting notes to renew my subscription, all through the UI Watcher. I have tried everything I can think of but it still prevails. It is driving me nuts. Can some kind soul offer any suggestions here?

I think you can use the procedure there to get rid of the annoyance by re-installing the program in question.
