IObit wants to remove the leftovers which is all the programs I've

I have Iobit uninstaller v9.0.2.40, I've just installed the programs on my pc but when I do a Software health Check, iobit wants to remove the leftovers which is all the programs I've just installed. I have not uninstalled anything and do not want to uninstall these programs but why is iobit uninstaller saying their leftovers when they have not been uninstalled

So sorry for what happened.

 

What are the leftovers scanned out by Software Health?

 

Would you please kindly run the Software Health tool again and send us a screenshot of those leftovers?
