Network error

After actioning the software I ened up with a dialogue box advising of a network error -fingerprint 565031- . I cannot get rid of this dialogue screen and also I cannot connect to the Internet. Any ideas?

Do you have any Iobit products installed? Or, please post a screenshot with the error. I think that pop up is from Windows.

You are very sparing with your information. I will assume that you mean that you ran Iobit Advanced systemcare and now you cannot connect to the internet, Did you run Internet Booster. If so it may have changed the settings. You should do a system Restore to a time before the issue occurred and see if this fixes the issue.

Before you spend your hard earned cash, did you try the system restore as recommended. You can do this very easily using the rescue centre in ASC (Advanced Systemcare). Please see the instruction manual Here to show you how to access it.
