Something Better For My Dad's Clinic

I'll be needing your opinion here everyone. My dad is a doctor and I'm currently acting as her medical assistant since the latter is on leave right now. By the way, my dad is not updated with his files and its really difficult to sort out everything when you need it immediately. I'm suggesting to him what I heard from his colleagues. I guess, he needed it badly for his convenience and his patients also. Would You know about a powerful tool for tracking patients and providing supporting data? You know, its kinda tough for me to flip through a paper chart or thinking about coding or dictation. Maybe , we should try and go paperless at this point of time? What's your pointers about it?
