Need Guidance

I hope you are enjoying well, today actually I want some guidance if anybody can help me here. Actually, in the near past, I moved from my P.C to Mac book, Its a little difficult but I managed but now I cannot understand how to record Its screen. You can use MS Office PowerPoint to record the screen. It works perfectly fine and it is totally free but it has a time limit I guess.
